ABOUT US

We’re a robotics startup building an agnostic orchestration platform that allows companies to manage, monitor, and control multiple robots and robotic systems from a single interface. We’re also developing custom Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models that enable natural-language reasoning and autonomy across diverse robot types and industries. Our mission is to make robotics more accessible, intelligent, and scalable across sectors from hospitality and healthcare to defense and sports facility management. Think of it as an operating system for any robot, with an expanding library of intelligent capabilities. We are self-funded and currently building the v1 platform with our first pilot partners in the energy, hospitality and sports sectors.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead go-to-market — own Sales and Marketing end to end and build the GTM function from the ground up. You turn the orchestration platform and VLA models into pipeline, revenue and brand across the sectors we serve: hospitality, healthcare, defense, energy and sports. We’re building the v1 with pilot partners now; the pipeline you build determines whether customers are waiting at GA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the full GTM strategy across Sales and Marketing — positioning, demand generation, pipeline and revenue
  • Build, hire and lead the GTM team from zero: first hires, structure, targets and operating cadence
  • Drive pipeline and closed revenue across platform sectors (hospitality, healthcare, defence, energy, sports)
  • Own brand, content marketing and demand generation; run sales operations including pricing, partnerships and pilot programmes
  • Partner with Product and Leadership to align the platform roadmap with real market requirements and early customer feedback

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 8+ years GTM leadership across sales and/or marketing with proven B2B pipeline and revenue track record
  • Experience building and leading a GTM team from scratch — not just inheriting and operating an existing one
  • Strong on positioning, demand generation and sales operations across complex, long-cycle enterprise or government deals
  • Ability to speak credibly with technical buyers: robotics, AI, SaaS platform or deep-tech market experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable operating in a high-ambiguity, early-stage environment with limited historical data
Nice to have
  • Experience selling into hospitality, healthcare, sports or defence/government buyers
  • Portuguese or Spanish language skills for Iberian market coverage
