ABOUT US

We’re a robotics startup building an agnostic orchestration platform that allows companies to manage, monitor, and control multiple robots and robotic systems from a single interface. We’re also developing custom Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models that enable natural-language reasoning and autonomy across diverse robot types and industries. Our mission is to make robotics more accessible, intelligent, and scalable across sectors from hospitality and healthcare to defense and sports facility management. Think of it as an operating system for any robot, with an expanding library of intelligent capabilities. We are self-funded and currently building the v1 platform with our first pilot partners in the energy, hospitality and sports sectors.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Create the 3D worlds and assets that power robot training and simulation across all the sectors the platform serves. This role sits at the intersection of game-industry craft and robotics engineering — building sim-ready environments and physically accurate assets for hospitality, healthcare, sports, energy and defence.

TECH STACK

  • Blender / Maya
  • Unreal / Unity
  • USD / MJCF export
  • PBR / Physics

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Model, texture and rig 3D assets and complete environments for simulation across all platform deployment sectors
  • Build physically accurate assets — including cloth and clothing with full physics simulation for hospitality and healthcare environments
  • Prepare and export sim-ready scenes for MuJoCo (MJCF) and Isaac Sim (USD) training pipelines
  • Optimise assets for real-time simulation performance: LOD management, polycount, material complexity
  • Collaborate with Simulation and AI teams on domain randomisation strategies and asset realism requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong 3D modelling portfolio showing cloth/physics simulation work and game-quality optimised assets
  • Demonstrated physics-based cloth and clothing simulation — not just static mesh clothing
  • Expert in Blender, Maya or 3ds Max; game-engine experience (Unreal Engine or Unity) and PBR workflow
  • Real-time optimisation discipline: you produce assets that run, not just assets that look good
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams and adapt assets to pipeline requirements
Nice to have
  • Gaming industry background — genuinely valued
  • Direct experience exporting to MJCF or USD for simulation

WHY JOIN US

  • This is a rare opportunity to help design and build the foundational technology for a robotics platform from the ground up
  • Competitive salary
  • Relocation support and housing assistance for Madeira-based roles; CINM free-zone benefits
  • Small, senior, hands-on team — everyone owns a meaningful slice of the product from day one
