ABOUT US

We’re a robotics startup building an agnostic orchestration platform that allows companies to manage, monitor, and control multiple robots and robotic systems from a single interface. We’re also developing custom Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models that enable natural-language reasoning and autonomy across diverse robot types and industries. Our mission is to make robotics more accessible, intelligent, and scalable across sectors from hospitality and healthcare to defense and sports facility management. Think of it as an operating system for any robot, with an expanding library of intelligent capabilities. We are self-funded and currently building the v1 platform with our first pilot partners in the energy, hospitality and sports sectors.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of key features and modules within Ardia, our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will design and implement full-stack features independently, work across the React/TypeScript frontend and Supabase backend, and collaborate with robotics and AI teams to connect platform capabilities with robot hardware.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and deliver full-stack features independently across the Ardia platform — from real-time fleet dashboards to task orchestration and audit reporting
• Design and implement Supabase backend services, including row-level security, Edge Functions and data models for multi-tenant isolation
• Build and maintain React/TypeScript frontend components to a high standard of reliability, performance and testability
• Collaborate with robotics and AI teams to design and implement robot-to-cloud data protocols
• Participate actively in architecture discussions and code reviews; improve the codebase as you work in it

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated ownership of shipped features
• Solid experience in React, TypeScript and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Supabase or equivalent backend-as-a-service platforms
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS patterns and data isolation strategies
• Familiarity with WebSocket or real-time data sync patterns
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or similar)

Nice to have

• Interest in robotics, IoT, or hardware-integrated software systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
